By a preponderance of evidence, OPHD found Todd Mulzet had violated UC sexual harassment policy for reguarly making sexually harassing comments to a male co-worker for more than a year and a half. A month after the investigation concluded, Mulzet had his pay cut by 5 percent over two months — constituting $455.30 — in lieu of suspension.
