A male clinical nurse was accused of squirting foam hand-sanitizer onto another employee to simulate ejaculation. According to a Title IX report, the incident was the respondent's second conduct violation within eight months after he allegedly slapped the upper thigh of a male employee who was bent over. He admitted that he had shot foam from a hand-sanitizer container onto another employee but said that he did so in a playful way and that the action was not sexual in nature. The respondent was suspended for three days without pay.
