A female staff member in the UC Davis Medical Center was accused of exposing her breasts in the clinic and sending inappropriate emails and text messages during work hours. The staff member denied the allegations, but the report from a subsequent Title IX investigation found several email and text messages from 2010 and 2011 that the report stated violated sexual harassment policy. The employee received a letter of warning.
