The male respondent, who did not have a personal relationship with the complainant, allegedly texted a picture of his penis to the complainant and sent several text messages that made the complainant uncomfortable, including "Holy Fuck," "It was supposed to be for somebody else," "I am so embaresed it was a total mistake" and "I am so so so sorry." The respondent admitted to the allegations but said that he had meant to send the picture to a woman who was not affiliated with UC Irvine. He was found to have violated sexual misconduct policy, but there is no indication in the Title IX report that any disciplinary action was taken.
