Maintenance staff in the UCLA Rooms Division
A Title IX investigation found that an employee of the UCLA Rooms Division had entered a student's bedroom uninvited Sept. 19, 2014, and took a photo of her without her permission. In addition, the employee was found to have a habit of touching female students on their torsos. The employee denied inappropriately touching women unless they had hugged him first, and he said that he walked into the room with the student's consent, according to the Title IX investigation. The employee was dismissed.
