Dining Services employee
A complaint was filed alleging that the male respondent, a Dining Services employee, had made unwanted comments and sexual jokes to co-workers. In March 2013, he was previously warned about his behavior and ordered to complete sexual harassment training. The employee did not deny the allegations but said his behavior was not meant to be offensive. A Title IX report concluded that the employee had violated the UC sexual harassment policy, and he was given a final warning.
