Carlos Valdez allegedly made sexual comments and inappropriate passes at women in the workplace. The complainant alleged that Valdez had hugged her then rubbed her shoulders in a suggestive way. She also alleged that she felt Valdez was a threat to her, as he allegedly "blew up" at her when she offered suggestions to improve the practice. Two witnesses recalled hearing Valdez describing having a threesome, and one witness recorded an incident at a holiday party in December 2016 where Valdez allegedly kissed a female employee, then high-fived people near him. One witness alleged that Valdez touched her buttocks while she was making copies; when she reprimanded him, he allegedly laughed in response. Valdez denied the allegations.
