The female complainant alleged that the male respondent had stepped toward her so that they bounced off each other in "full frontal." The complainant also alleged that the respondent had grazed her breast. The respondent allegedly whispered in her ear, "I'm an old hound and I appreciate a pretty woman." The respondent allegedly leered at the complainant from across the room. The respondent denied ever having contact with the complainant, including physical contact and personal interactions. A Title IX report concluded the respondent had likely violated UC sexual misconduct policy.
