The female complainant alleged that the male respondent told her that if he engaged in oral sex with her, he would "have her climbing walls." The complainant further alleged that the respondent had told her that he wanted to have sex with her. In a written statement to the Title IX office, the respondent denied the allegations against him and wrote, “Whoever has accused me (of) doing anything toward them or anyone of a sexual nature is deliberately and with malice attempting to get me fired and to hurt me.” The respondent's employment was terminated.
